Dreaming up an artist’s life in LaFollette

Walking through the Bonomos’ home in Deerfield, it becomes clear immediately that an artist resides there. Lights are focused at just the right angle on portraits and landscapes, and the walls drip with talent created by the artist himself or friends whose work he falls in love with. Even the birds seem enamored with the beauty inside, peeking in every few minutes while they take a break from the snacks intentionally placed by the windows to draw them close.
